New Year Message from the President
Dear members and friends of the British Association of Cannes,
The festive season is upon us and I wish you all a very Happy New Year 2024
Our B. A. Christmas lunch was a great success – really tasty food and very congenial company – with lots of laughter.
We are continuing with our regular Friday coffee mornings. It will be every Friday any time from 10:30am to mid-day, unless otherwise stated. On the first Friday of each month, we have a ‘Bring and Share’ lunch. So far, they have been well attended and good fun because we don’t know that others will bring!
Our 2nd Tuesday in the month lunches will continue in 2024.
Our Annual General Meeting will be held on 19th April 2024. Time and place will be indicated later.
Committee Members join with me in sending greetings and best wishes for good health and happiness all through 2024.

Well get yourself down to CANNES for a great cup of coffee or tea, a selection of delicious British cakes and biscuits Dear Members Ken has kindly offered his help and advice to anyone who has difficulties in using their mobile phones. Ken will be available at the B. A. Friday coffee mornings until the end of March except 2nd February. A reminder that Friday 02 February is our bring and share lunch.

King Charles 111 Celebration Party at Holy Trinity Church Cannes
The Celebrations started with the live broadcast screening of the Coronation of King Charles 111 in Holy Trinity Church followed by an excellent buffet and finished off with a quiz that was enjoyed by all. Many thanks to all who contributed to making this a thoroughly successful event.
